Texture Selector v1.0 (a Maya tool)
You have multiple textures for one object in Maya, and you want to be able to be able to switch between them with a simple attribute ?
This Texture Selector will do exactly that !
With 3 simples steps, every connection will be created for you so you can display the texture you want from an infinite amount :
• Open Texture Selector, and write down the name of the object or control you want to bear the final attribute;
• Create or select the material you want to use on your object, and find the input attribute (e.g. 'lambert1.color'). Write it in the dedicated field of the tool.
• Select your texture files in the order you want in the final attribute, and click on 'Create Selector'
• Done !
